We have enhanced the website to create a more efficient site that can be used by more of our users, including those users using Apple and other Non-Windows operating systems. In order to accomplish this, we have changed the imaging controls for the site.   The controls are software that control the viewing and printing of the imaged documents and plats.  These changes require all Windows users to download these new ActiveX controls the first time they use the new site.  This includes those users that have used the previous site.  Non-Windows users will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat loaded on their systems.

Certain software is required to view and print the images themselves.  This software should be downloaded and installed prior to using either of the two retrieval systems for the first time.  Once downloaded, you do not have to download in the future prior to using the system.  Downloading and installing the imaging software requires two steps.  Click here to begin downloading that software.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, the download and installation process may take up to five minutes to complete.
